Roark Ryan has had over 20 years experience in dealing in the Industrial Relations and Human Resources
environment, mainly in the Textile and Motor Industries.

He has studied extensively and has attended many courses and seminars over the years to add to his practical
knowledge and skills.  He has also been trained by the CCMA in Conciliation and Arbitration.

In mid August 2007 he took over the existing clients of this company from Diane Hawkey who immigrated to Australia.

As the new owner of the business, he brings in a wealth of experience in dealing with all your employee employment
issues from selection & recruitment to representing you at the CCMA or at Bargaining Council Dispute forums.

We currently have a wide range of clients stretching from Ballito to the north, to Mooi River to the west and to Mtwalume
in the south.
